  • A: Start by envisioning your gathering—determine your guest count, food menu items, and decide whether you need catering for pickup, delivery, or if your event is significant enough to warrant our food truck. Once you have clarity, secure your date with a 50% deposit for catering or a $150 deposit to reserve our food truck.

  • Q: What size events can DAMO BBQ accommodate?

  • A: We cater to a diverse range of gatherings. For events with 50-80 guests, we recommend the catering option, as the food truck incurs a service fee of $450 for two hours, along with a minimum food order requirement.

Menu and Serving Suggestions

  • Q: How much food should I prepare for my event?

  • A:We suggest approximately 1/4 lb of protein per guest. Each menu item has approximate count we recommend. Don't forget to indulge in our house-made BBQ sauce, pickles, pickled onions, and Damato Bakery bread, all included in our catering offerings.

  • A: Absolutely! While much of the information is available in our catering menu, we are delighted to assist you in selecting the ideal meal options for your celebration.
